One thing that would be nice to have: variable hourly rate depending on volume.
I believe there are at least 2 variants of such discounts, where hourly rate decrease when reaching a threshold of total work time :
- 1 variant makes the discounted price apply to all hours worked in that mission ;
- 1 variant makes the discounted price apply only to hours over the threshold ;
Obviously, there can be several thresholds

Example I am interested in: - Hours of work 1 to 50: 200€ / hour
- Hours of work 51 to 100: 190€ / hour
- Hours of work 101 to 200: 180€ / hour
