Search Field on Timings Window always visible

Niko,

On top of the Timings Pane, we have a handy search field behind a loupe icon. I’ve used this feature for a long time with no problem until now.

I had to work on a number of reports with different “tags” to search. When you use a lot the search box you have to click the loupe icon, and then the field appears, and then you write your search. Then you have to click the “x” button to clear the field, and then the box collapses so you have to click again the loupe again and again.

I prefer a non-hidden search field. I vote for practicality over a clean design any day.

I think I thought of that already… You don’t need to click the loupe, you can just start typing and it will automatically be directed to the search field.
