Problem with shortcuts involving alt

I have been having trouble with shortcut hotkeys (specifically alt keys) ever since I updated to Sequoia.

Unfortunately that’s a new limitation by Apple in Sequoia. For a hotkey, you now need to have at least one modifier key that is not shift or alt/option:
