Popover shifted out of the screen when stoppign the timer

On the popover for at the menu bar, after clicking “Stop Timer” ▸ “Now”, the popover shifted a few pixels to the right. See the screenshots below.

Since I hide the Spotlight icon from my menubar (with the Bartender App). This shift causes the popover to fall off the screen, and I cannot adjust the timing on the top-right of ther popover.

Thanks for reporting this issue! I’ll try to fix it.

What happens when you change the width of the panel when the right edge is hidden? You can adjust the width by dragging the left edge.

When I drag the left edge, the popper snaps into the screen bound. Here is a screen recording. I hope this helps!

Hey, thanks so much for the screen recording!
I have fixed this now and will release an update soon.

I also (still) have this problem. I am using version 4.2 which is current according to the Apple App Store. Has the fix been released?

Yes, Timeframe v4.2 and Timelime v3.2 should fix this problem.
I just tried it again, and the fix works here. The window doesn’t get partly hidden anymore.
What do you experience?

see attachted screenshot. I mostly happens when filtering by typing in the popup, but not always :person_shrugging:. The “drag on left edge” tip helps until next time ;-).

no, it is still completely on screen, with a few pixels left visible.

If the Dock is on the same screen, there is less space than with the Dock on a different screen:

Thanks!
Can you consistently reproduce this bug?

I thought it was not reproducible, but now it is … and I think it only happens when searching and when the search result is too large to fit on screen.

When I type “a” → shifted (> 50 results)
when I delete the “a” → most of the times fine (only 15 recent entries)
when I type “b” → shifted
when I delete the “b” → most of the times fine (only 15 recent entries)
when I type “dev” → most of the times fine (10 results)
when I delete “dev” → most of the times fine (only 15 recent entries)
when I type “q” → fine (3 results)

most of the times fine: in 1 out of 5 attempts, I get another shifted window, i.e.
