When I work on several tasks in parallel, the fair reality is that I should not always count 100% of time for each. Counting (Time / Parallel_Task_Count) for each task would be a fairest count in many occasions, and well, having a weighting coefficient or a percentage would open for all the freedom (at the price of complexity, useless to say…)
